Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program
WHEAP administers the federally-funded Low Income Home Energy  Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Public Benefits Energy Assistance  Program.  LIHEAP and its related services help approximately 230,000  Wisconsin households annually.
